Why CrossFit Kids?

At CrossFit Pulse, we believe fitness is for everyone—especially kids! Our CrossFit Kids classes are designed to make fitness exciting and accessible for children aged 5-12 years.

What We Focus On:

  • Building Strength: Age-appropriate exercises to help kids grow strong and healthy.
  • Confidence: Fun activities to develop self-esteem and positive body image.
  • Teamwork: Group challenges to foster collaboration and social skills.

  • Junior Athletes: 8-12 years

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 PM
