We ask that you arrive early enough to begin the warm up with the class.

How early is specific for each individual, some people prefer to arrive early and row,

bike, or run before the class begins. This is not only allowed, but encouraged!

If you arrive 15 mins or more late to a class, we ask that you do the warm up but skip the “strength” portion of our class. You can do the WOD with the class and make up your “strength” portion with the following class hour. Safety is key, we want all of our athletes to perform movements safely with a proper warm up. If are uncertain when you arrive feel free to ask your coach their suggestions.

All our memberships are month to month. We do not offer long-term contracts.
