FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No you do not have to be in shape to start our CrossFit program. Most of our  clients are not in shape when they join. Included in your first months membership is 5  one-on-one sessions with our coaches to go over terminology, movements, and appropriate ways to scale movements.

All of our memberships are month to month. We do not require any long-term membership agreements. We ask that you give us at least a two week notice of cancellation.
